Splish, splash: coloring page of a child with a swim ring in shallow water
Your child can get as creative as they like here: the swim ring is just waiting to be colored in bright rings, the water can shimmer in every shade of blue imaginable, and in the background you can even imagine a little strip of beach or a curious fish. There's certainly plenty of room for your own ideas.
A little tip for colorful waves
Several shades of blue and turquoise work especially well for the water, making the waves look much more lively. The swim ring is allowed to be as loud as it wants: red, yellow, orange, or green in a cheerful striped pattern suit a child who's having their first big splash of fun perfectly. Maybe you can come up with a little story together about why the child is wading so bravely into the water today, and draw a matching shell or sandcastle bucket into the picture.
Best of all: you can download this coloring page for free and print it comfortably at home on standard paper. Grab the crayons, spread a few sheets out on the table, and the little beach day with brush and paper can begin.
