The Busy Gardener in the Greenhouse to Color
All around there's plenty to discover and color in, big leaves, round tomatoes, maybe a few flower pots on a wooden shelf, and of course the glass roof of the greenhouse, through which the sun shines. Children can wonderfully choose between bold and delicate colors here, letting their imagination run free.
Tip: Play with Light and Shadow
A lovely detail when coloring is the sunlight falling through the glass panes. Try seeing how it looks when some areas are colored lighter and others bolder, this creates the impression of real greenhouse glow. The plants can shine in many shades of green, from soft light green to rich dark green, while ripe tomatoes in red and orange add a cheerful splash of color.
The gardener's clothing can be nicely designed in earthy tones like brown or khaki, which suits gardening work well. If you like, invent a little story on the side: what might the gardener's name be, and what's growing especially well in his greenhouse right now? Just download the picture for free and print it out at home at your leisure on a regular A4 sheet. Then the shared coloring fun can begin, no rush, with plenty of room for your own ideas.
