Mechanic Repairing a Bus by the Roadside Coloring Page

Welcome to a little breakdown break with big repair skills! On this coloring page, a mechanic is taking care of a bus by the roadside that apparently needs a little extra attention right now. Perhaps the engine coughed, a tire went flat, or maybe a screw simply decided to go on an adventure.

The mechanic gets the bus going again

Your child can discover lots of exciting details: the big bus with its windows and wheels, the mechanic’s tools, and the road where the journey will soon continue. The mechanic is hard at work with great concentration—because with a wrench in hand, even the trickiest bus breakdown can be gently persuaded to cooperate. While coloring, the bus can become a colorful city bus, a coach, or a funny fantasy vehicle.

Colorful help for the bus by the roadside

Bold red, sunny yellow, or a lovely blue work especially well for the bus. The tires can be classic black and the wheel rims silver gray, while the mechanic’s work clothes shine in blue, green, or orange. If you color the road gray, grass along the edge, clouds in the sky, and a little road sign can create a real outing scene.

Maybe the bus is on its way to a picnic, a concert, or a class trip, and all the passengers are waiting patiently behind the windows. As soon as the repair is finished, it will surely roll off again—but first, the mechanic of course gets a big, colored thank-you. You can download the picture for free and print it at home on A4 paper. Then the crayons are ready, and the roadside workshop becomes wonderfully colorful without any smell of oil.
