Nurse in the Waiting Room with Children Coloring Page
So glad you stopped by. A visit to the doctor can be pretty exciting for kids, and sometimes a little scary too. This coloring page takes some of the heaviness out of it and shows just how cozy and friendly a waiting room can be when a kind nurse is looking after the little patients.

The Friendly Nurse in the Waiting Room – A Coloring Page Full of Little Heroes
In the picture, several children are waiting on colorful chairs, some with a stuffed animal in their arms, others curiously flipping through a picture book. The nurse in her uniform smiles warmly and has her hands full. Your child can use lots of imagination here to color the uniforms, the toys in the room, and the faces of the waiting children.
Coloring idea: Which child do you think is the most nervous?
A fun little exercise for in between: have your child think about which of the waiting children in the picture seems the most nervous, and highlight exactly that one with a bold color, like a strong red or orange. The nurse can shine in a calming light blue or white, which makes her feel even more trustworthy right away. The walls of the waiting room are perfect for soft pastel tones, and the toys on the floor can be as bright and bold as can be.
You can download this coloring page for free and print it out comfortably at home on A4 paper. It might even be a nice way to prepare for your own next doctor's visit, so the waiting room feels a little less unfamiliar.
