Brave Nurse in the X-Ray Room to Color
In the picture, you'll see a friendly nurse standing patiently next to the big x-ray machine. Your child can color in her coat, the equipment, and even little details like a name tag or a light switch on the wall. That way, a place that might feel a bit unfamiliar becomes a bright, friendly room full of curiosity.
Coloring Tip: Bringing Light and Technology to Life
Try using light, cool colors for the x-ray machine, like light blue or silver-gray, to give it a nice technical look. The nurse's coat, on the other hand, can be bold and bright, a cheerful turquoise or a soft pink goes well with her friendly face. For little light reflections on the machine, you can add small white highlights with a white colored pencil, it really makes it look lifelike.
If you like, you can make up a little story while coloring: maybe the nurse is x-raying the arm of a teddy bear who fell down while playing. Little stories like this often help take away children's fear of real doctor visits. You can download this coloring page easily and for free, and print it out at home on standard paper, perfect for a cozy afternoon with crayons at the kitchen table.
