A princess twirls among butterflies
What makes this picture so special is the mix of elegance and lightness. Your child can decide whether the princess wears a sparkling ball gown or a simple summer dress, and the butterflies are just waiting to be brought to life in all kinds of colors. Little details like a crown, bows on the dress, or patterns on the wings invite a closer look.
Tip: Give each butterfly its own color
A lovely idea is to give each butterfly a completely different color combination, just like in a real garden, where hardly any two butterflies look alike. You can choose the princess's dress in a matching shade that makes the butterflies stand out beautifully, for example a soft pink or purple, while the wings shine in yellow, turquoise, and orange.
If you like, you can tell a little story while coloring, maybe the princess is dancing in honor of the butterflies that visit her every spring. You can download the coloring page for free and print it comfortably at home, ideally in A4 format, so there's enough room for all the little details and big color ideas.
