A gentle rhino with its colorful butterfly friends
There are two things for your kids to discover here. The large surface of the rhino invites experimenting with bold colors, while the delicate butterfly wings offer plenty of room for tiny patterns and soft touches of color. This way, the picture combines boldness and attention to detail in a single motif.
Tip: Gray doesn't have to be boring
Many kids automatically reach for the gray crayon when coloring a rhino, and that's perfectly fine. But it gets even more exciting when you mix different shades of gray or even add a hint of blue or purple to make the skin look more lively. The butterflies, on the other hand, can be really bold, pink, turquoise, yellow, or orange create cheerful contrasts to the calm rhino.
If you like, you can even come up with a little story to go along with it, maybe the rhino is celebrating a birthday and the butterflies are its guests. You can download this coloring page completely free and print it comfortably at home, ideally in A4 format, so there's enough room for all the colors and imagination.
