Tip: Thinking Like a School While Coloring
How about deciding together whether all the sardines get the same color, or whether each one shimmers just a little differently? Silvery gray tones with a hint of blue look wonderfully realistic, but turquoise, purple, or even a cheeky pink school are more than welcome to join the swim. The cave can be beautifully styled in dark blue or brown, so the fish really stand out bright against it.
