A Snake Takes a Spring Break in the Flower Meadow
There's plenty for your kids to discover and color here. The snake's curving shape invites exciting patterns, and all around her, lots of flowers, grasses, and maybe even a curious beetle are waiting to be brought to life in the brightest colors. A motif that radiates calm while still leaving tons of room for creative ideas.
Coloring Idea: Two-Color Scale Pattern
A nice trick for the snake is to alternate two colors for the scales, such as a rich green and a bright yellow, or turquoise and orange for something bolder. This creates a pretty pattern almost by itself, without making things complicated. The flower meadow itself is welcome to become a real color explosion, since in spring everything blooms all at once anyway.
You might tell your child that snakes especially love the warmth of the sun and therefore like to rest in sunny spots, which fits the mood of the picture perfectly. You can download this coloring page for free and conveniently print it at home on A4 paper. Then all you need are some pens, a quiet moment, and the meadow can become colorful.
