A Treehouse in the Summer Forest to Color
What makes this picture so special is the mix of adventure and coziness. There's a rope ladder, a small window, and maybe even a flag on the roof to discover. All around, dense treetops, a few curious birds, and sunbeams breaking through the leaves are just waiting to be brought to life with color.
Coloring Idea: From Light Green to Rich Dark Green
For the summer forest, it's worth playing with different shades of green. The upper leaves catching the sunlight can be light green or even yellow-green, while the shaded parts of the treetops can turn darker and mossy. The treehouse itself looks especially cozy in warm brown tones, as if it were built from real wood.
If you like, tell a little story while coloring: who do you think lives in this treehouse, and what might there be to discover inside? This makes coloring more fun and adds a touch of imagination along the way. You can download this coloring page for free and print it comfortably at home on A4 paper, and the journey into the summer forest can begin.
