Fill 'er up, please: The car at the gas station coloring page
In the picture, a friendly car is parked at the pump, the hose is hooked up and ready to fuel. In the background, there might be a sign or a small repair shop waiting too. Your child can color the body, the wheels, the pump, and even the sky however they like.
Coloring idea: What color is your dream car?
Ask your child what color the car should be. Fiery red like a race car, bright yellow like a taxi, or maybe a mysterious purple? The pump can shine in red and white, just like real gas stations often look, and a simple gray with a few dark spots that look like oil splashes works well for the ground.
If you like, come up with a little story to go along with it: Where does the car come from, where is it heading after refueling, and who's behind the wheel? That way, coloring turns into a fun little storytelling session at the kitchen table. Simply download the picture for free and print it at home on a regular A4 sheet of paper. All you need then are some crayons, a quiet moment, and the gas station can shine in the most colorful colors your child can imagine.
