Cat Looking Out of a Cardboard Box Coloring Page
Does this sound familiar? No sooner is there an empty box in the house than a cat is sitting in it, as if she had been waiting for it. That's exactly the moment our coloring page today shows, and we think it brings a smile to anyone who has ever had a house cat.

The Curious Cat in the Cardboard Box
The little paws hang over the edge of the box, the ears are perked up, and the eyes look curiously out at the world. While coloring, your child can really imagine how soft the fur is and how crinkly and rough the cardboard feels. Two very different textures in one picture, which makes coloring it in twice as much fun.
Coloring Idea: Give Fur and Cardboard Totally Different Looks
Warm tones like orange, beige, or a soft gray work well for the cat's fur, and feel free to add little stripes or spots for a tiger pattern. The cardboard box, on the other hand, can look nicely messy, a mix of brown and lighter shades, maybe with a few scratches or a drawn-on shipping label. If you like, you could even make up a little story: Where did the box come from, and what was the cat doing before she hid in there?
Simply download the coloring page for free and print it out at home on a regular A4 sheet of paper. Then all you need are some crayons, a cozy corner, and the little cat can shine in every color imaginable.
