Tip: From day to night with coloring pencils
A lovely approach is to color the sky in warm tones, from light yellow through orange to a deep red or purple near the top edge. This naturally creates that typical sunset gradient that really brings the picture to life. The deer itself can shine in muted brown and beige tones, letting its silhouette stand out beautifully against the colorful sky.
