A Little Garden Demon and His Apple Snack
Your child can really have fun here: the horns, wings, and skin of the demon are just waiting for bold colors, while in the background flowers, grass, and maybe a little apple tree leave plenty of room for green and colorful touches. And of course the apple itself can't be missing either, and looks wonderful in rich red or green.
Coloring Idea: A Demon in Favorite Colors
How about letting the demon appear not in spooky green, but in your child's favorite color instead? Purple, turquoise, or even a cheerful pink suit a garden demon just as well as classic green. The garden around him can look a little enchanted too, with darker leaves or gnarled branches, while the apple shines as a bright splash of color in the picture.
Maybe you can come up with a little story together: why is the demon sitting here of all places, eating an apple? Did he secretly pick the garden as his favorite snack spot? Little stories like this make coloring even more fun. You can download this coloring page for free and print it out easily at home on a regular sheet of paper. Then the crayon fun can begin, whether alone at the kitchen table or together on a cozy afternoon.
