Dragon Dance in the Street: A Coloring Page Full of Motion and Color
What makes this design so special is the movement in the picture. The dragon's body winds in wide waves across the street, held up by many little hands. Your child can have fun coloring the scales, the flowing whiskers, and the crowd of people along the roadside marveling at the spectacle. Lanterns, garlands, and house fronts are also waiting to be colored in.
Tip: The dragon can be as bold as you like
Traditionally, the dancing dragon appears in red and gold, the lucky colors of the New Year festival. But your child is welcome to experiment boldly here: a bright green dragon with purple scales looks just as festive. Bold accent colors work great for the eyes and tongue, giving the face real expression. The street around it can be filled with warm earth tones, while the sky might already be lit up by fireworks.
You could even make up a little story together: Where does the dragon come from, where is it dancing to, and who does it meet along the way? That makes coloring even more exciting. Simply download the template for free and print it at home on a regular A4 sheet, and the colorful parade can begin.
