A brave bee defies the snow above the flowers
What makes this picture special is the contrast between cold and warm, between winter and spring. While coloring, your child can decide which season wins: set the bee on a summery course with bright colors, or let the snow take the upper hand. The bee's wings, the flower petals, and the snowflakes offer plenty of space for little and big discoveries with the crayon.
Tip: Use cotton balls for a real snow effect
For anyone who likes it a bit more creative, here's a handy tip: after coloring, glue a few small cotton balls onto the painted snowflakes. This gives the picture a lovely texture and makes it feel almost like real snow. The flowers can be as bold as you like, yellow, pink, and orange go wonderfully with the bee's black and yellow striped body.
You can imagine this bee is on its way to visit the last blossoms of the year before winter really sets in. A lovely little story to tell while the crayons glide across the paper. This coloring page is available for free download and can easily be printed at home on an A4 sheet, so the coloring afternoon can begin.
