A fiery dragon perches on its volcano
Your child can discover and color several exciting things here: the dragon's scaly skin, its spread wings, the spiky ridges on its back, and of course the volcano itself with lava, smoke, and rugged rocks. There's plenty of room for imagination and for colors that really pop.
Coloring tip: bringing fire and embers to life
For the lava, we recommend strong orange, red, and a touch of yellow so it glows and shines beautifully. The dragon can be as wild and colorful as you like – green, purple, or even a cheeky turquoise suit a fabulous creature living on a volcano perfectly. Soft shades of gray work well for the smoke, creating a lovely contrast to the fiery colors.
Maybe the dragon is proudly telling all the animals nearby that this is its very own favorite spot. Your child can make up a little story of their own while the crayons glide across the paper. You can download this coloring page for free and print it comfortably at home, best on regular A4 paper. That way, nothing stands in the way of a cozy afternoon full of color and dragon adventures.
