Brave in Action: The Firefighter Puts Out a Forest Fire
There's plenty for your child to discover here and bring to life with color. The firefighter's uniform, the powerful jet of water, the gnarled trees, and of course the fire itself are just waiting to become colorful. Little details like the helmet or wisps of smoke in the background also provide coloring fun right down to the last corner.
Tip: From Wild Fire to Tamed Glow
A nice trick when coloring is to shade the flames in several tones of red, from dark red on the outside to bright yellow in the middle. This makes the fire look really alive. The firefighter's uniform can of course shine in bold fire-engine red, while the helmet and equipment can sparkle in silver or yellow. For the forest, various shades of green work well, with a touch of brown for the trunks in between.
Maybe you can come up with a little story together: how the firefighter saves the forest and, in the end, all the animals can safely return home. You can download the coloring page for free and easily print it out at home on standard letter size, and the hero adventure can begin with crayons.
