A Pelican on a Beach Holiday: The Coloring Page Surprise
In this coloring page, the pelican stands right in the sand, wings tucked in a little, gazing out at the water. Your kids can color in his enormous beak, design the waves in the background, and maybe even add a few seashells or footprints in the sand. There's plenty to discover without the picture feeling cluttered.
Tip: From the Beach to an Underwater Adventure
Soft tones work well here: a light beige or yellow for the sand, a bold blue or turquoise for the sea. The pelican himself can shimmer gray, white, or even a light pink, depending on how imaginative your child is feeling. If you like, let the sun shine golden, or paint tiny fish in the water that the pelican might just catch for lunch.
