A Little Fish on an Adventure Through the Seaweed
Your child can really get creative here: the fish's shiny scales, the swaying strands of seaweed, and the many little stones on the ground are just waiting to be filled with color. There are plenty of small areas to discover, but none too tricky, so the fun of coloring always stays front and center.
Coloring Idea: An Underwater Rainbow
How about giving the fish more than just one color? Orange, turquoise, and yellow side by side look especially lively on fish scales. The seaweed can sway in different shades of green and blue, making it look like it's gently moving with the current. The little stones are perfect for gray, brown, and a touch of beige — maybe even a pink stone is hiding among them.
If you like, you can make up a little story along the way: where is the fish swimming to, and who might it meet behind the seaweed? You can download this picture for free and easily print it out at home on A4 paper. Then all you need are crayons or watercolors, and the underwater world can come to life in color.
