A Brave Leap: The Fox and the Puddle
There's plenty to discover while coloring. The fox's shaggy fur, its pointy ears, the sparkling water drops splashing up from the jump, and of course the puddle itself, lying on the ground like a little mirror. For young artists, it's a lovely mix of calm, open spaces and exciting little details.
Tip: Play with a Mirror Image
A fun trick is to paint the puddle like a mirror. There, the fox can appear once more, upside down and in slightly softer colors, almost like a reflection in the water. It adds depth to the picture and feels especially rewarding when it turns out well.
For the fur, warm colors like orange, reddish-brown, and a creamy white on the belly and tail tip work beautifully. The puddle can shimmer in different shades of blue, with a few lighter splashes for the water drops in the air. The background is yours to design freely, whether it's autumn leaves, a green meadow, or a cloudy sky, whatever you like best. Simply download the picture for free and print it at home on A4 paper, and nothing will stand in the way of the next coloring and jumping adventure.
