The Little Lantern Fox in the Autumn Forest
All around the fox, lots of details are waiting for busy crayons. Falling leaves, gnarled tree trunks, maybe a curious hedgehog by the path, and of course the lantern, which gets to shine brightly. Your child can really dive into the autumn world here and give the fox its very own story.
Coloring tip: Conjuring up warm autumn colors
For the fox itself, classic shades of red and orange work well, perhaps with a few lighter spots on its belly. The leaves in the background can shimmer in yellow, brown, and rust red, creating a lovely autumn picture to go with the fox. The lantern can be brought to life with a warm yellow or soft orange, as if lighting the way through the twilight.
If you like, you can even make up a little story to go with the coloring page: where is the fox heading with its lantern? Is it looking for a friend, or bringing light to the forest animals for the cold evenings? Little questions like these make coloring even more exciting. You can download the coloring page quickly and for free, and print it comfortably at home on A4 paper. Nothing stands in the way of a cozy afternoon with crayons and a cup of tea.
