Dear parents, do you know this feeling? You turn around for just a second, and suddenly your little one has vanished into the mud. That very spirit of discovery is captured in our new coloring page. A Little Goblin on a Treasure Hunt in the Forest

The picture is full of little details for kids to discover while coloring. There are spotted fly agarics, chunky porcini mushrooms, and maybe even a shy beetle peeking out of the moss. The goblin itself has wonderfully wrinkly skin, crumpled boots, and a pointy hat that is practically begging for color. A face full of funny grimaces like this is simply fun to paint.

Coloring Idea: An Autumn-Colored Forest

For the mushrooms, bold red with white dots, warm brown, or even a fresh orange work great, especially if your child prefers bright colors over realistic ones. The goblin's skin can look greenish or earthy, and the hat looks wonderful in moss green or dark purple. If you like, you can add a few yellow and red leaves floating in the background so the whole forest looks like an autumn walk.

You can also make up a little story to go along with it: Is the goblin collecting mushrooms for a feast, or trading them with the forest animals for sparkly stones? This coloring page can be downloaded for free and printed easily at home on A4 paper, and the mushroom hunt can begin right at the kitchen table.
