There's plenty for your kids to discover and color here. The mermaid's hair can be shaped into soft waves or bold strands, the fin tail invites scaly patterns, and every single fish in the school can get its own little personality. There's lots of room for imagination and your very own underwater worlds.
Tip: Give each fish its own color
A lovely idea is to color the school of fish not uniformly, but in a colorful mix. This creates a lively swirl of orange, turquoise, yellow and purple, while the mermaid herself can be kept in calmer tones like blue, green or pearl. If you like, tell a little story along with it, for example where the mermaid is swimming with her fish friends or who she wants to visit next.
