Griffin in the Corn Maze: Wings Above Golden Paths
Your child can discover lots of exciting lines among the tall corn stalks and give the griffin a look all their own. Will his feathers be snow-white, sunny yellow, or bright blue? Perhaps he even has a mysterious pattern on his wings. The twisting paths through the maze are waiting to become colorful too.
A Trail of Color Through the Mysterious Cornfield
Different shades of yellow, gold, and green go wonderfully together for the corn maze. The leaves can be dark green, while the ears of corn shine in warm yellow. You can color the ground brown, beige, or reddish brown. Golden feathers and a sandy-colored lion’s body are a lovely choice for the griffin—but perhaps a purple griffin with turquoise wingtips knows the way even better.
While coloring, perhaps you can tell a little story: Deep in the heart of the maze, the griffin guards a shiny ear of corn or searches for a lost quill pen. Where will his next turn lead? You can download this coloring page for free and print it at home on A4 paper. Then all you need are colored pencils, crayons, or felt-tip pens and a clear spot for this winged corn adventure.
