A Kangaroo Wanders into the Snow
There is plenty for your kids to discover and color here: the kangaroo's fluffy fur, the tiny snowflakes falling from the sky, and maybe even a few footprints in the snow. The pouch, where real kangaroos carry their babies, can also be colored in beautifully. It is a motif that brings a smile while offering lots of space for creative coloring.
Coloring idea: Mixing warm and cool colors
A nice trick for this picture is to use warm colors for the kangaroo and cool colors for the snow. This creates an exciting contrast that fits the story perfectly – an animal from the warmth meets the cold. Shades of brown and beige work wonderfully for the fur, while light blue and white bring the snow to life.
If you like, you can even make up a little story about it: How did the kangaroo end up here in the first place? Did it lose its way, or did it simply want to experience snow for once? You can download the Kangaroo in the Snow coloring page for free and print it comfortably at home on A4 paper. Grab your pens, get cozy, and let your imagination run wild while coloring.
