A little dragon and its colorful friends to color in
Your child can bring several things to life here: the dragon's round scales, its little wings that might still flutter a bit clumsily, and of course the butterflies with their delicate patterns on their wings. There's plenty of room for imagination and for colors that might not even exist in nature.
Coloring idea: A dragon in rainbow colors
Why not try out what a dragon looks like in pink or turquoise? After all, dragons from stories can be anything, even as colorful as a rainbow. The butterflies are wonderful for experimenting with patterns – dots, stripes, or little hearts on the wings always look great. Maybe each butterfly even gets its own favorite color.
If you like, you can come up with a little story to go along with it: maybe the dragon is looking for one particular butterfly to play hide-and-seek with, or it's just learning to fly and the butterflies are showing it how. You can download this coloring page for free and print it out comfortably at home on a regular A4 sheet. All you need then are some crayons, a quiet moment, and the little dragon world can become colorful.
