A little gnome celebrates the big Midsummer festival
This coloring page is packed with little details for your kids to discover and color in. There are flower garlands strung across the scene, a small campfire that might be lit later on, and of course the gnome himself with his typical pointy hat and round little belly. Every corner of the picture tells a bit of the festive mood that belongs to this special day.
Tip: Bring it to life with warm summer colors
Soft shades of yellow, pink, and purple work especially well for the flower crown details, while the grass looks lovely and lively in various shades of green. The gnome's hat, of course, should shine in a bold red, just like these little fellows are known for. If you like, you can also add a touch of sunshine to the picture with a golden or orange colored pencil, since Midsummer is all about the light after all.
Just download the coloring page for free and print it out at home at your leisure on a regular A4 sheet. Then you're all set, and your child can dive into the cheerful world of the little gnome, who's celebrating summer with all his heart.
