Color Ideas for a Fairy-Tale Nap
Fresh shades of green are perfect for the lily pad, while the mermaid can have a tail in turquoise, purple, blue or any favorite colors. Her hair could shine golden like sunbeams, rosy like a seashell or deep blue like the sea. If you like, color the water light blue and add little sparkling dots to the waves with colored pencils. The background can be designed however you wish too: with stars, fish, water lily blossoms or a curious snail wondering why the bed is floating away.
