Splish, splash: A monster slides down a water slide
What makes this picture special is the movement. Splashing water, swirling hair or spikes, and a slide full of curves invite kids to experiment with lots of different colors. Your child can decide whether the monster should be green, purple, or striped, and whether the water sparkles more turquoise or deep blue.
Coloring idea: water, splashes, and a monster to your own taste
A nice tip is to color the water slide first in bold colors and then simply leave small white splashes blank, so the water looks really lively. The monster itself can be as colorful and unusual as you like, after all, there are no rules in the monster world for the "right" skin color. Maybe it even has spots, stripes, or a cheeky rainbow-colored grin.
If you like, you can even make up a little story while coloring: Where does the monster come from, what's its name, and is it already looking forward to the next slide ride? You can download this coloring page for free and print it comfortably at home, for example on a regular letter-size sheet. All you need then are some crayons, a cozy spot, and the wet monster slide adventure can begin on paper.
