Cuddly jungle friends: The mother monkey with her baby
Your child can discover and color in several exciting things here: the soft fur of both monkeys, the curious eyes of the baby snuggling up to its mom, and of course the big, lush leaf towering over them like an umbrella. There's still plenty of room around them for your child's own ideas, maybe a few flowers or butterflies in the jungle.
Coloring idea: A coat full of stories
When it comes to monkey fur, there are no rules. Classic brown or gray looks great, but a playful reddish or even purple shade is fun too and sure to spark some conversation. The leaf above can shimmer in different shades of green, from light spring green to a rich jungle green, depending on how dense you want the forest to look.
Maybe you can make up a little story together while coloring: why are the two of them hiding under the leaf? Is it raining, or are they just playing hide and seek? Little questions like these make coloring together even more lively. You can of course download this coloring page for free and print it comfortably at home on standard letter size paper, and the cozy jungle time can begin.
