For the garments and the headdress, bold colors work especially well, for example red, orange, and turquoise, which can be found in the classic style of many festive costumes. Small patterns like dots, zigzag lines, or stripes can be wonderfully dabbed on with colored pencils or even a cotton swab, if your child likes to experiment a little. For the sky, a warm sunset in orange and purple fits perfectly, underlining the festive mood even more.
