Welcome to the Reception Desk: The Friendly Nurse Coloring Page

The nurse stands calmly behind her desk, warm and welcoming, ready to help everyone who walks in. There's plenty to discover: the uniform with lots of little details, the desk with papers and a pen, maybe even a phone or a flower in a vase. For little artists, this is a motif full of possibilities, where they can freely decide how colorful or calm the clinic should look.

Coloring idea: What color is a hospital, really?

Many people immediately think of white and light blue, but it doesn't have to be that way. Just ask your child which colors they would choose if they got to work in a clinic themselves. Maybe the coat turns a soft turquoise, the desk becomes a warm wood tone, and the nurse gets rosy cheeks from smiling so much. Little details like a name tag or a cup of coffee on the desk can also be nicely highlighted.

If you like, tell a little story while coloring: who comes up to the desk next, and why? Is it a child with a bandage on their knee, or someone who just has a question? That way, coloring turns into a bit of role-play along the way. You can download the picture for free and print it at home on a regular A4 sheet, and then it's time for crayons, imagination, and a good dose of excitement for bright colors.
