The mighty oak tree with its acorns to color in
Here your child can go wild on a dense canopy of leaves, where every single leaf gets to become a little work of art. The acorns hanging between the branches or lying on the ground below are especially exciting, of course. These little capsules with their tiny caps practically invite careful and loving coloring.
Tip: Autumn colors for the tree of the seasons
Few trees represent the seasons quite like oaks. In the coloring page, you're free to decide which mood your tree should show. Lush green for summer, warm brown and orange for autumn, or a soft light green for spring, anything suits this gnarled fellow. The acorns themselves can shine in a rich brown, while the little caps on top can be a touch darker, which looks especially lovely.
Along the way, you can tell your child that every acorn could theoretically grow into a new tree, little giants sometimes hide inside tiny things. You can download the oak tree and acorns coloring page for free and print it comfortably at home on a regular A4 sheet. Then it's time to get started with crayons, wax pencils, or whatever is within reach.
