A bubbling cauldron and a green master chef
What makes this motif so special is the funny mix of wild and cozy. Here's an orc, usually known for noise and brawling, suddenly standing in the kitchen with a wooden spoon and an apron. Your child can color in the cauldron, discover the strange ingredients inside, and of course give the orc himself an expressive face, grumpy, mischievous, or just deeply focused on stirring.
Coloring tip: Bold colors for a bold cook
For the orc, strong shades of green work well, maybe with a few darker shadings on the arms and face to make him look really muscular. The cauldron can happily be rusty brown or black, and for the steam rising from it, a soft gray or even a toxic green works nicely, in case the potion isn't supposed to look entirely harmless. Anyone who likes can even invent a little story to go with it: is the orc cooking up a courage soup for his friends, or brewing a potion against campfire boredom?
You can download this coloring page for free and print it comfortably at home, ideally in A4 format, so the orc and his cauldron have plenty of room for all the color ideas you come up with together.
