The Pilot Whale – a cozy giant for your coloring page
In our coloring page, the pilot whale glides elegantly through the water, with its typical round forehead and curved dorsal fin. Small details like waves or bubbles also leave plenty of room for their own ideas.
Coloring tip: From deep blue to soft gray
Pilot whales are usually dark gray to almost black, with a lighter pattern on their belly. That makes for exciting contrasts when coloring – maybe a bold charcoal for the back and a delicate light gray for the belly? The surrounding water can shimmer in several shades of blue, from turquoise to midnight blue, however you like it best. If you want, you can even add a few curious fish or stars above the sea.
