Coloring idea: A kingdom full of colors
How about giving the dwarf king's beard a warm gray or even a shining white, while the crown sparkles in gold and red? The throne itself can be given something earthy, brown tones and a hint of moss green are a nice nod to the underground realm he comes from. Maybe the robe gets a rich purple or a deep blue, so the king looks truly royal in color too.
