Little explorers at the big screen: A programmer explains the computer to a child
The picture is full of little details to color in. The screen with colorful icons, the keyboard with its many keys, maybe even a few cables hiding behind the desk. The faces of the two also invite a closer look, because wondering and explaining simply look great in colored pencil.
Coloring idea: The screen as a colorful playground
It's especially fun to make the screen content really bright and bold. Why not a rainbow triangle as a start icon, or little pixel characters in yellow, turquoise, and pink? The computer itself can stay in a calm gray or blue, so the colors on the screen really shine. The programmer could get a favorite color for her sweater, while the child might wear a striped shirt in rainbow colors. If you like, make up a little story to go with it: What is the programmer explaining right now? Maybe how to teach a computer to draw a cat, or how lots of little commands turn into one big colorful picture. You can download the coloring page for free and print it out at home on A4 paper. Then all you need are some pens, a cozy spot, and the shared coloring fun can begin.
