Rain Coloring Page
Do you know the feeling? Outside the rain is pattering against the windows, and inside things are slowly getting a little boring. It's for afternoons just like this that we drew this coloring page with a rain theme. It shows cheerful drops falling from the sky, maybe a puddle just waiting to be jumped in, and clouds that really have a lot to say.

Raindrops to color: a coloring page for rainy days
The nice thing about rain as a motif is that it doesn't have to be sad at all. Your child can decide for themselves whether the clouds look grey and grumpy or friendly and colorful. The drops can also be designed in many different ways, big and small, in neat rows or scattered wildly. That way, a wet weather day quietly turns into a little work of art.
Coloring idea: a rainbow after the rain
A nice trick while coloring is to imagine what happens after the rain. Maybe the sun comes out and conjures up a rainbow in the sky. Bold colored pencils work especially well for this, red, orange, yellow, green, blue and violet side by side give the paper plenty of energy. The raindrops themselves can shimmer in different shades of blue, from light sky blue to deep midnight blue.
Anyone who wants to can give their imagination even more room and paint little faces into the clouds or rubber boots next to the puddles. Just download the coloring page for free and print it out at home on a regular A4 sheet, and you're ready to start. A perfect little project for a rainy afternoon with colored pencils, wax crayons or felt-tip pens.
