A sailboat at night under twinkling stars to color
Your child can get as creative as they like here. The boat with its big sail is just waiting for color, just like the night sky full of stars and the moon gently lighting everything up. The waves beneath the boat are also wonderful to design, sometimes calm and even, sometimes playful and wild.
Coloring idea: The sky doesn't need any limits
A lovely tip for this picture: the night sky can happily be colored in several shades of blue, from a deep dark blue up top to a lighter blue-violet near the horizon. The stars can be highlighted in yellow or even in white with a glitter pen, which gives a really sparkly effect. The boat's sail can glow in a warm red or orange, creating a lovely contrast with the cool sky.
If you like, you can tell a little story while coloring: where is the boat sailing to on this night? Maybe to an island full of treasures, or simply home to a cozy harbor. You can download the coloring page for free and easily print it out at home on A4 paper. Then all you need is crayons, wax crayons, or watercolors, and the little nighttime journey with the sailboat can begin.
