Scarecrow in the Field Coloring Page
Dear parents, do you know that feeling when the days grow shorter and autumn drapes the fields in golden splendor? Our scarecrow captures that mood perfectly. With his crooked hat, patched shirt, and outstretched straw arms, he stands there like a good old friend watching over the harvest field, looking just a little bit clumsy. There's plenty for little artist hands to discover here. There are the button eyes, the straw hat, the checkered shirt, and of course the pumpkins and corn cobs lying around the scarecrow. A few curious birds have also snuck into the picture, and they don't seem the least bit scared of the poor scarecrow.

The friendly scarecrow in the autumn field
Tip: Making autumn colors shine
For the scarecrow itself, warm shades of brown, ochre, and a bold orange work well for the straw peeking out everywhere. You can give the shirt a cheerful red or blue checkered pattern, and the hat can look a little faded. The pumpkins can glow in rich orange, while the cornfield in the background shimmers in various shades of yellow. If you like, you can make up a little story while coloring: What's the scarecrow's name, is he secretly friends with the birds, and what might he experience out in the field at night? You can download the coloring page for free and print it comfortably at home on A4 paper, and the cozy autumn fun can begin.
