Moon with Hot Air Balloon Coloring Page
So glad you stopped by! This coloring page takes you and your kids on a quiet, dreamy night journey, where a little hot air balloon drifts right past the moon. It's exactly the kind of image that gets the imagination going right away: Who could be sitting in the basket? And where is the journey really headed? Kids can color in the round moon with its gentle craters, decorate the balloon with its colorful stripes, and fill the sky around it with stars. There are plenty of small areas to discover, but also enough room for big, sweeping brushstrokes, so both patient little artists and those who like to move fast will see results quickly.

To the Moon by Hot Air Balloon
A Tip for Your Coloring Session
The picture looks especially lovely when the night sky is colored in deep blue or soft violet, while the moon glows in warm yellow or gentle cream. The balloon, on the other hand, is allowed to be really loud: red, orange, turquoise, anything goes, because in a dream a balloon can certainly be more colorful than anything else in the sky. If you like, you can make up a little story about who's actually flying along. A brave bear? A curious mouse? That's the moment when a simple coloring page turns into a sweet little bedtime story. Just download the coloring page for free and print it at home on a regular sheet of paper, and the journey to the moon can start right at the kitchen table.
