Coloring Idea: Stripes Don't Always Have to Be Black
Usually when we think of zebras, we immediately think of black and white, but who says it always has to stay that way? Try purple and pink for a fantasy zebra, or blue and green for a zebra from a jungle fairy tale. The mane can shimmer in a totally different color than the body, which makes the two friends even more unique.
If you prefer the classic look, grab some gray and black tones and add just a small splash of color to the eyes or mane. You can design the background as a lush green savanna or give it a warm sunset in orange and yellow. This way, a little story naturally unfolds about where these two zebras might be meeting.
