A cuddly squirrel mandala to color
Your child can discover the fluffy tail, the cute little paws, and of course the many little patterns surrounding it, just waiting to be filled with color. Some kids like to color the animal first, while others dive straight into the delicate mandala circles. Either way is perfectly fine.
Tip: Color from the inside out
A lovely idea is to start with the squirrel in the middle and then work your way outward, ring by ring. That way, coloring almost turns into a little adventure. Warm autumn tones like reddish-brown, orange, and a soft beige work beautifully for the fur, while the mandala patterns around it can really shine with green, yellow, or a bold turquoise. If you like, you can even tell a little story while coloring: maybe the squirrel is gathering nuts for winter and spotted all these pretty patterns in the forest along the way. You can download this coloring page easily and for free, then print it at home on a regular A4 sheet. Then it's time to grab some pens, colored pencils, or crayons, whatever you and your child like best.
