A Temple Full of Secrets: Chinese New Year Coloring Page
Coloring Idea: Red, Gold, and a Touch of Smoky Magic
During Chinese New Year, the colors red and gold traditionally play a big role, as they stand for luck and wealth. So feel free to use bold shades of red, orange, and gold for the temple walls and decorations. The smoke from the incense sticks, on the other hand, can be kept soft in gray or a light purple, which creates a particularly atmospheric effect. Maybe you can come up with a little story together: who might be inside the temple right now, writing a wish for the new year? You can download this coloring page for free and print it comfortably at home on A4 paper. That way, nothing stands in the way of a cozy afternoon with crayons, wax crayons, or felt-tip pens, and the temple with its incense sticks will get exactly the colorful splendor it deserves.
