A tiger takes a cool bath
Your child can color in the bold stripes on its fur, design the calm surface of the water, and look closely: What waves might be forming around its paws? Perhaps a few grasses or a riverbank are peeking out in the background. This turns the coloring page into a real little jungle pond – just without wet socks in the living room.
Stripes, waves and a little jungle green
Warm orange and dark brown or black go especially beautifully together for the tiger. The water can be blue, turquoise or even blue-gray; leaving a few light areas makes little reflections on the waves look especially lively. Perhaps you could add green leaves, yellow reeds or a colorful butterfly around the edge. If you like, make up a story too: The tiger has just finished a hot trek and now discovers its favorite place to splash around. You can download the picture for free and print it at home on A4 paper. Then all you need are colored pencils, felt-tip pens or wax crayons, and the water adventure can begin.
