Waterfall Between Rocks Coloring Page

Dear parents, go ahead and imagine the rushing sound already, because it's about to land on paper. This coloring page shows a waterfall bravely winding its way between tall rocks before landing in a small pool below. That's exactly what makes the motif so exciting – here, soft water meets hard stone, and your child gets to decide how wild or calm this spot ends up looking.

A Waterfall Between Rocks to Color

There's plenty to see: rugged boulders with lots of little edges, cascading water with foam and splashes, maybe a few patches of moss, and at the foot of the waterfall a little pool just waiting to shine in its favorite color. Plants along the edge can also be colored in, in case the imagination wants to wander even further.

Tip for Strong Contrasts

The rocks are wonderful for shades of gray and brown, which can be darker in some spots and lighter in others, making the stone look even more lively. The water itself can shimmer in several shades of blue, from a strong blue up at the falls to a lighter turquoise down in the pool. Those who like can leave small white spots free so the foam looks nice and splashy.

Maybe a little frog or bird even lives on the bank, one your child can invent themselves, as the story of the brave waterfall keeps growing. Just download the picture for free and print it out at home in peace on A4 paper, then nothing stands in the way of a cozy coloring afternoon together.
