The resting wolf in front of its cozy den
Here your child can discover the wolf's thick fur, the pointy ears, the alert eyes, and of course the entrance to the den with all its stones and patches of moss. Maybe there's even a little bush or some grasses growing nearby, just waiting to be colored in.
Coloring idea: A coat straight from the forest
Why not try coloring the fur not in just one color, but working with several shades of gray and brown? This makes the wolf look much more lifelike, almost as if it had really been lying in the forest. The den can stay dark and mysterious, while lush green fills the grasses and bushes around it.
If you like, make up a little story along the way: What's the wolf's name, what is it dreaming about right now, and who else might live with it in the den? You can download this coloring page for free and print it at home at your leisure, ideally in the handy A4 format. Then all you need are colored pencils or crayons, and the cozy wolf can shine in your favorite colors.
