Splash! A Zebra Jumps Over a Puddle
There's plenty for your child to discover here: the wild black-and-white stripes, the round drops of the puddle, and maybe a few splashes flying up as it jumps. The background also leaves room for your own ideas, whether that's a meadow, sky, or a little path.
Coloring Idea: Stripes with Imagination
The classic choice is of course black and white stripes, but who says a zebra can't be colorful sometimes? Purple and turquoise, orange and yellow, or even a rainbow zebra, anything goes. The puddle can shine in soft blue, with a few white highlights for that reflective sparkle.
Along the way, you can tell a little story: why is the zebra jumping over the puddle, anyway? Maybe it's on its way to meet friends and simply doesn't want to get wet, or perhaps it's practicing for a big jumping contest on the savanna. Let your imagination run wild while coloring.
You can download this coloring page for free and print it comfortably at home on a regular A4 sheet. Whether with colored pencils, crayons, or markers, the zebra will be happy with any color you choose. A cozy afternoon with paper, pencils, and a jumping zebra, what more could you want.
