Baking a Rainbow Cake: A Sweet Coloring Page for Little Bakers
Your child can color in the apron here, scatter sprinkles over the cake, and pick a different color for each layer of batter. The bowl, the mixing spoon, and maybe even a little cloud of flour in the air are also waiting to come to life. There's a lot to discover, but no rush, every detail can be colored in at a relaxed pace.
Coloring Idea: The Cake Gets Its Own Rainbow
A little tip: let the cake layers really look like a rainbow, from red through yellow to blue and purple. Not only does this look lovely, it's also a lot of fun when sorting through the crayons. You can keep the bowl in a calm yellow or blue so the cake itself stays the center of attention.
If you like, make up a little story to go with it: who's actually baking this cake, and who is it for? Maybe it's for the birthday of a favorite stuffed animal. You can download this coloring page for free and print it comfortably at home on A4 paper, then the fun can start right away at the kitchen table or craft table.
